Ultrasonic cleaner bath with corrosion inhibitor - 1 litre

The bath for ultrasonic cleaners, polishing drums and magnetic polishers with a corrosion inhibitor is ammonia-free.

The bath consists of:
- low foaming anionic and non-ionic surfactants
- ammonia water
- corrosion inhibitor
- water-miscible organic solvent
- heavy metal complexing compound
- preservative compounds

The bath effectively removes polishing paste residues and other contaminants. Indispensable in any goldsmith's workshop. It can also be used to clean and maintain countertops, tools, beakers, dishes, etc. The corrosion inhibitor bath significantly delays the corrosion of base metals and is particularly applicable to steel ball drums and the washing and tumbling of jewelry that has base metal components.

Application:

Numismatics: cleans coins and antique objects by removing deposits formed during years of metal oxidation.

Jewelry: cleans precious and non-ferrous metal jewelry, removes oxide tarnish. Shines the cleaned jewelry.

Optics: cleans and degreases metal and plastic frames, spectacles, lenses, optical parts made of metal and plastic.

Dentistry: cleans dental equipment, instruments, tools and appliances.

Automotive : cleans car parts and tools from deposits. Removes oils, greases and organic soiling. Very good for cleaning engine parts.

Canister capacity: 1 litre.

Directions for use: dilute with distilled or boiled water in the following ratios:
- polishing drums 1:5 - 1:10
- ultrasonic cleaners 1:20 - 1:40
- magnetic polishers 1:10 - 1:20

Depending on the needs and effectiveness of washing:
- working temperature: 20 ^oC - 80 ^oC
- working time 1 - 10 minutes

After washing, rinse cleaned items under running water. The wide range of dilution and operating parameters is dictated by the variety of equipment used. In other applications, use as a dishwashing or general cleaning fluid.
